1. About this policy
Azizan VPN uses the default Outline VPN server configuration, without additional custom traffic logging enabled by the operator. The service processes technical information necessary to authenticate VPN access keys, establish connections, manage bandwidth limits, maintain server operations, and troubleshoot technical issues. We do not intentionally maintain a separate browsing-history database. This statement does not exclude technical information that may be processed or retained by the underlying hosting infrastructure.
2. Information processed to provide the VPN
Depending on the app version and server configuration, the Service may process the VPN access key or other connection credentials, connection requests, server IP addresses, your device’s public IP address, connection timestamps or status, and traffic-volume counters. These technical details may be necessary to authenticate connections, route encrypted VPN traffic, enforce access or bandwidth limits, maintain availability, investigate abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
Before publishing, confirm and disclose the actual logging configuration and retention period: [Describe whether source IP addresses, connection times, per-key usage counters, server diagnostics, and other logs are recorded; where they are stored; who can access them; and when they are deleted.] Do not interpret the absence of a browsing-history feature in the app as proof that no server or infrastructure logs exist.
3. Browsing and traffic content
The VPN transports your internet traffic between your device and the VPN server. The operator may technically be able to observe certain traffic metadata at the server, depending on the destination protocol and server configuration. HTTPS and other end-to-end encryption protect the content of communications independently of the VPN. We do not promise complete anonymity or protection from every form of monitoring. 4. Information you choose to share
If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address, message, and any diagnostic information you voluntarily provide. Please do not send VPN access keys or other sensitive credentials through public channels.
5. Third-party infrastructure and services
