پرویز ثابتی، متولد ۱۳۱۵ در سنگسر سمنان، از مقامات ارشد ساواک و رئیس اداره سوم آن بود که نقش مهمی در سرکوب و شکنجه مخالفان رژیم پهلوی داشت. پس از انقلاب ۱۳۵۷، به آمریکا گریخت و سال‌ها در انزوا زندگی کرد. در بهمن ۱۴۰۱، حضور او در تجمعات ضدانقلاب در لس‌آنجلس و ادعاهای آزادی‌خواهانه‌اش، واکنش‌های گسترده‌ای را برانگیخت. منتقدان، با اشاره به سوابق وی در نقض حقوق بشر، این تغییر موضع را ریاکارانه دانستند و خواستار محاکمه او شدند.

حمله‌ی مشکوک به حرم شاهچراغ در شیراز، رویدادی بود که بلافاصله با روایت‌سازی‌های شتاب‌زده و تبلیغات سنگین رسانه‌های حکومتی همراه شد. اما شواهد، زمان‌بندی، و شیوه‌ی اجرای این عملیات، پرسش‌های جدی درباره نقش پشت‌پرده‌ی نهادهای امنیتی، به‌ویژه وزارت اطلاعات، را مطرح کرد. آیا این حمله، پروژه‌ای طراحی‌شده برای انحراف افکار عمومی و مشروعیت‌بخشی به سرکوب‌های داخلی نبود؟ در این ویدیو، تلاش می‌کنیم با کنار هم قرار دادن قطعات این پازل، پرده از یک سناریوی امنیتی دیگر برداریم.
